IslandCreations Fuerteventura uitgebracht

De ontwikkelaars van IslandCreations heeft Fuerteventura uitgebracht voor Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Deze scenery vervangt het gehele eiland en Isla de Lobos met een nieuwe, hoge resolutie foto ondergronden. Daarnaast zijn de havens bijgewerkt, is de vegetatie aangepast naar hoe dit er lokaal uitziet, en worden ook de kustlijnen en verlichting aangepakt.

Features:

1. Custom Ground Textures

• Realistic colors: Manual color correction brings Fuerteventura to life, removing green tints.
• Sharper imagery: Enjoy detailed visuals, from rock structures to shoreline features.
• Cloud-free: No distracting clouds on the ground.

2. Upgraded Ports

• Hundreds of hand-placed vessels including motorboats, sailboats, yachts, catamarans, and ships.
• Fred Olsen Express ferry with night lighting in Morro Jable.
• Cruise ship with landable helipad and night lighting.
• Container ship and cranes in Puerto del Rosario.

3. Enhanced Night Lighting

• Ports, piers and promenades are illuminated for a realistic nighttime experience.
• Hotels, pools, plazas, and sports facilities come alive at night.
• Added missing street lighting in Morro Jable.

4. Improved Vegetation

• Native vegetation added to urban and coastal areas, including palm trees and dune flora.
• Adjusted vegetation to match aerial imagery (e.g., bushes instead of trees in rocky areas).
• Removed incorrect coastal trees.

5. Accurate Coastline

• Redesigned Playa de Sotavento to show the lagoon instead of a deep lake.
• Custom water masks align the ocean water with aerial imagery.
• Previously submerged features like sandbars, islets, and beaches are now fully visible.

6. Other Improvements

• Detailed 3D models of all 6 Fuerteventura lighthouses with animations.
• Added missing wind turbine near Puerto del Rosario.
• Removed warehouses in hotel zones.
• Removed misplaced buildings on top of fields, pools, and sports areas.
