Released: Aerosoft Airport Dusseldorf

Op Discord was er een geheimzinnige aankondiging over een nieuw product. Een dag later is bekend geworden dat Aerosoft Airport Dusseldorf is uitgebracht, exclusief voor MSFS 2024. Vrij onverwacht, omdat JustSim al een versie heeft en MK-Studios ook een versie heeft gepland… De luchthaven is ontwikkeld door Jo Erlend Sund en Lukas Veziroglou.

Düsseldorf Airport (EDDL/DUS) is de op twee na grootste luchthaven van Duitsland (na Frankfurt en München). De luchthaven ligt 8 km ten noorden van de stad Düsseldorf zelf, in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Ze bedient 180 bestemmingen met 75 luchtvaartmaatschappijen. In 2022 werden op de luchthaven ruim 140.500 vluchten uitgevoerd waarmee iets meer dan 16 miljoen passagiers en circa 38.500 ton vracht vervoerd werden.
