Ontwikkelaar ShortFinal Design heeft Munich Airport voor X-Plane uitgebracht. Na Frankfurt is dit de drukste luchthaven van Duitsland. München is tevens een hub voor Lufthansa en de Star Alliance partners. Het vliegveld ligt zo’n 18 km. van München en beschikt over twee startbanen.
